Lutheran Youth Fellowship (LYF)
Youth are not only the future of the Church – they are the now of the Church! We here at FLC recognize the importance of offering our youth the opportunity to gather regularly for worship, for fellowship, for service, and for fun. Youth group should be a safe haven where friends can come together, without judgment or ridicule, with leaders who love them as fellow brothers and sisters in Christ.
Our youth group confronts young Christians with the realities they already face in our postmodern world, equipping them with the tools and skills they will need to effectively interact with their peers, their antagonists, and their loved ones.
Youth group isn’t about being entertained, but about being transformed by the love of Christ. We pray that the Lord would bless our time together to that end. For more information, contact the church office.

Lutheran Women's Missionary League (LWML)
"The mission of the Lutheran Women's Missionary League is to assist each woman of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod to affirm her relationship with the Triune God so that she is enabled to use her gifts in the ministry to the people of the world."
The LWML of FLC participates in various activities including Bible Studies, Christmas brunch, Salad Suppers, and Soup suppers. We also have a group of ladies who construct home-made quilts for mission service work. These quilts are then sent to Orphan Grain Train, Lutheran World Relief, and other various missions.
Bible study, business, and social times are the second Wednesday of each month, beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the FLC fellowship hall. For more information concerning the LWML of FLC, please contact Deb Stamm @ 402-362-6821.
For more information concerning the LWML, including upcoming events in the district and synod, visit the official LWML website @ www.lwml.org.
Lutheran Laymen's League (LLL)
You've found the MEN’S NETWORK (www.lhm.org/men)! It's one of those rare websites where you can learn about creation, start a fantasy football league, or plan your summer mission-vacation -- all in one convenient location!
The MNW is designed for guys... hopefully it will make you think, raise a chuckle, and provide a place where you can speak your mind. First and foremost, it is a Christian site, so whether you're wondering what this whole "Jesus thing" is all about, or you have been a Christian since you were a baby, there's plenty here for you. We're glad you stopped by and please... don't be a stranger!
For more information concerning the LLL of FLC, please contact the church office.

SHAWL
A prayer shawl is a soft, warm shawl – knitted or crocheted – which is often given to people who are ill, have suffered a loss, or are in the midst of crisis. However, anyone may receive a prayer shawl if he or she desires.
Some prayer shawls are knitted and others crocheted. And, even though a pattern is provided to create prayer shawls, the hands of those who offer their time and talent are like no other. Thus, each prayer shawl is a unique gift of love which is blessed by the pastor before delivery!
Not handy with knitting or crocheting needles? You can still help! Here are just some of the ways you can support SHAWL:
--Donate yarn
--Donate money to purchase yarn
--Pray for those making and receiving a shawl
--Suggest names of people to receive a shawl
--Volunteer to deliver a shawl
For more information concerning the FLC SHAWL ministry, please contact Jan Uffelman @402-362-3737.
Meals on Wheels
Faith Lutheran Church participates in this program, which delivers meals and provides visitation to those who are homebound. There are 4 routes and between 40-60 deliveries, Monday-Friday, except for holidays. This is done on a volunteer basis by members of FLC. For more information, or to get involved, please contact Jan Uffelman @ 402-362-3737.

Since 2003, Mission Central has had hundreds and hundreds of visits from LCMS missionaries and their families (many have come several times) and has had tens and tens of thousands of people from hundreds of congregations visit.
